The Data used is Gathered from active Div's
Composition
The Page is Divided Into 3 Sections of Information
Here is A Table Displaying which Section(s) are directly editable on the Recoverable Page

Title Rows
The first 3 rows are used as a title to display what the current worksheet is
Recoverable's
The next group of rows Consists of the actual values being recoverabled
These values are non-editable
This Section always starts with a Running Totals Row at the Top which Sums up all the rows below it
Followed by that row are the Staff Rows from all the Div's. They are the rows with the Description and Location filled out
Followed by those Staff rows are the CostLine & CostDetail Rows
User Added Items
The last section contains rows that are dynamic as the User can edit these rows
The user can add or delete items depending on the current Workbook

Altogether the sections combine to create the Recoverables Pages
