The timecard is a useful way for employees to track their hours. This provides useful insight into where time is spent and how efficiency could be increased.

After requesting a timecard or at 3pm, a robot named "Power Automate" will send you a timecard via teams. It will look like this:

You may select the date and the estimate number.

At the moment, the cost plan does not work. This is being resolved however at the moment it should be left blank.

You may then fill in the number of hours for each activity and press submit. If you plan to submit another timesheet, that option may also be selected.

Important Notes

  • There must be an estimate book created for the timesheet of the project before the timesheet is submitted.
