Insert Cost Line

Inserts an Empty CostLine below the Line in which the user has currently selected

Insert Cost Detail

Inserts an Empty CostDetail below the Line in which the user has currently selected

Insert Comment x3

Inserts 3 Empty Comments below the Line in which the user has currently selected

Insert Staff

Inserts an Empty Staff Line below the Line in which the user has currently selected

Insert Space Line

Inserts an Empty Space below the Line in which the user has currently selected

Insert Header

Inserts an Header Line below the Line in which the user has currently selected

Insert SubDivision

Inserts an SubDivision Line below the Line in which the user has currently selected

Convert To Comment

Convert To Comment

Converts all CostDetail Lines within the range to Comments and Re-Calculates the Page

Convert CL To ST

If a CostLine has no CostDetails related to it, this will convert all CostLines within the rage to ST

Comments

Hides & UnHides all Comments

• You Can only Add Comments if Comments are Unhidden

Zeros

Hides & UnHides all Lines with 0 Total Value

• You Can only Add Lines if Zeros are Unhidden

CM Rate

Swaps the Class Rates between CM & LS

Plug

Changes Cells in the selected range to the Plug Colour

Quote

Changes Cells in the selected range to the Quote Colour

Clear

Removes the background colour of Cells in the selected range

Unit / Labour

Unit

Drop Down Menu that allows the user to change the current Unit on the Line Selected

Class

Drop Down Menu that allows the user to change the current Class on the Line(s) Selected

Change Rates

Pop-Up Window that allows the user to change the current Rates being used in the current workbook

Financials

Project Info

Displays a Pop-Up window in which you can change the Project Info

Calculate Recoverable

Sheet Selector Pop-Up Appears and the User Selects Pages to be recoverabled upon. Creates a Recoverable Sheet based on the pages selected

% Fee

Swaps Fee Calculation between percent and a static numerical value

Project Total

Dynamic Sum of the Project Total

Fee

Dynamic Sum of the Fee Total

Insurance

Dynamic Sum of the Insurance Costs

Copy / Paste

Copy Section

Copies the Section of the row selected
