- To Add a Cost Detail the User must first select any Cell in the row they want to place a new Cost Line in
- A Cost Detail Must be listed below a CostLine
- The New Cost Detail will always appear beneath the selected Cell's row
- The User must then Click the Insert Cost Detail Button in the EstToolTab Ribbon and the New Detail Line Should Appear
