This button adds a custom Labour Premium Line that Calculates and adds the Labour Premium to the Estimating book
This Line is Calculated by = (Total Labour Cost - Staff Labour Cost) * Labour Premium percent
This percent can be changed by editing the percent in the Description Column of the Labour Premium Line
