Add Tool Allowance

This button adds a custom Small Tool Allowance Line that Calculates and adds the Small Tool Allowance to the Estimating book

This Line is Calculated by = (Total Labour Cost - Staff Labour Cost) * Small Tool Allowance percent

This percent can be changed by editing the percent in the Description Column of the Small Tool Allowance Line
