To Make a Breakdown Sheet the user must press the Make B.D. button in the Breakdown Sub-Section
- The Enable B.D. Checkbox must be Enabled to Create One
- You can Create as Many Breakdowns as you need
- Breakdown Sheets can be deleted with the Delete Sheet Button in the EstToolTab
